Outside The Skin

People always play their social role in the street. In other words, they are trapped by the symbols of the society in which they live. That is, they become parts of the structure of attributed symbols that appear as value (hegemonic view) at the social level. However, there is another dimension in humans that we call 'Id' from Freud's point of view. According to the characteristics of this part of the human psyche, each person, as a single subject, needs special places to meet the inevitable needs of this aspect of himself. A personal home is the most independent and personal place to satisfy these desires. Having said that, many actions that originate from this part of the human psyche are done in this place. Whether it is a thought or an action, its effects appear. If we want to take an abstract and metaphorical view of this statement, the signs and effects of this part of the human psyche can be seen in the outer part (skin) of private houses. This skin is a metaphor for the part that reflects internalized reality.
